The Candel FZE (RCI 0372) develops, produces, markets and distributes agrochemicals and fertilizers across West Africa.

Over three decades we have dedicated our resources to improving agricultural productivity and the quality of life of Africans who depend on the land.

Our Free-Trade Zone facility houses production, quality control and logistics under one roof, serving farmers and distributors across the region.

Leads Candel's strategic direction and growth across West African markets.

Harry Ikechukwu Nnoli

Group Managing Director

Brings over 30 years of executive experience across agribusiness, marketing, sales and business management.

Before his appointment as Group Managing Director, Harry served as General Manager, Sales and Marketing for The Candel Group. He has held senior roles across FMCG, banking, telecoms and payments. He holds a B.Pharm from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA, and is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and the Institute of Management Consultants.

Musa Sunday Dona

General Manager, Sales

Oversees nationwide sales operations, market expansion, product innovation and commercial team development.

Musa has over 15 years of experience in FMCG and agrochemicals. He has served as National Sales Manager, Regional Manager for Ghana, and Regional Manager for Northwest Nigeria within Candel. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Nwanneka Justin, FCA

General Manager, Finance

Leads financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, treasury, tax and trade finance across the group.

Nwanneka brings extensive Big Four and manufacturing-finance experience, including 13 years at PwC Nigeria. She holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Lagos and is an FCA, ACCA DipIFR holder, and Lagos Business School SMP alumna.
