Harry Ikechukwu Nnoli brings over 30 years of executive experience in marketing, sales, and business management across agribusiness, banking, telecoms, and FMCGs. Before his appointment as Group Managing Director, he served as General Manager, Sales and Marketing for The Candel Group. He has held senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Promasidor, Airtel, Access Bank, and Transaction Payment Solutions. He holds a B.Pharm from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA, and is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and the Institute of Management Consultants.
Musa Sunday Dona is a seasoned sales leader with over 15 years of experience in FMCG and agrochemicals. As General Manager, Sales at Candel Group, he oversees nationwide sales operations with a focus on market expansion, product innovation, and team development. He has previously served as National Sales Manager, Regional Manager (Ghana), and Regional Manager, Northwest within Candel, and held earlier roles at Nasco Group and Nigerian Bottling Company (Coca-Cola). He holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
Nwanneka Justin is an accomplished finance executive with over 10 years of Big-4 experience and more than 7 years leading the finance function of a manufacturing group. As General Manager, Finance for The Candel Group, she oversees financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, treasury, tax management, and trade finance across five companies. Her 13-year tenure at PwC Nigeria included managing complex multinational engagements, leading IFRS conversions, and driving internal control improvements. She holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Lagos and is an FCA, ACCA DipIFR holder, and Lagos Business School SMP alumna.
